Ural System. He also saved most of crewmen when CHERNOBYL was destroyed

- Promoted to Private Admiral for inventing BELCHON torpedo, 8601.95.
- Following the apparent demise of his long-time friend and first mate,
G. Spot, on stardate 8675.77, Quirk experienced a brief lapse of the
mind-control techniques which had kept him in check. He led the
BOOBYPRIZE on a mad chase through the galaxy which has resulted in
the destruction of two races believed hostile to the Amalgamation, and
the addition of seven other races to the Amalgamation.
