Not much is known of any Vultron's childhood, but even less is known of
Mr. Spot's. It is rumored that his mother
Tan died a bizarre death at childbirth, and that Spot bears the guilt alone.
It is also rumored that Spot ate his mother upon her death, as no one else
was there to feed him. (Vultrons birth alone in subterranean caverns sometimes
used as sewers.) His father, C. Spot, was Vultron Ambassador to the
Amalgamation until his conviction on smuggling charges, 3674.85. The
persecution of the younger Spot by other Vultrons led to his flight to Earth,
and his subscription by the Amalgamation Starfleet Academy.
