Born to a meager family of the Liebenstraum system, Uberall, or 'Ubi
" to
his few friends, was claimed as a child prodigy when, at the age of six, he developed a plan by which
his planet's army could defeat the invaders from Mars. He was immediately admitted to V-2's
military school, the Sgt. Adolph Schultz Wermact Institute, where he ascended raidly while astounding
his teachers. He also studied music in his spare time, learning to play the harbsichord and the
clarinet, and setting the songs of the great Sinatra to martial music. Perhaps his best known work
in this field is the symphonic roc opera, Glen Miller was Wagner's Bastard
Son. By far he is best known for his novel, Napoleon and MacArthur:
Why Bother?, where he proves that the Klingfrees are castoffs of the Remoulade Empire.
Doichlan graduated at age 16 with the rank of Captain. He immediately conviced his government to join
with the Amalgamation in defense of the Shanghai outposts. With their help, the Amalgamation was able
to beat back the Remoulades, and incorporate the Shanghai Knuckle into the Amalgamation. Following the
end of the fighting, Doichlan applied for and received a commission in Starfleet.

- Assisted Amiga Ray D. Aider in putting down food riots on Van Camp, by rounding up the rioting
thugs and convincing them it was a sacrilege to fight over beenie-weenies.
- 2169.27 Captain, CAR-7619
A.S.S. STUDEBAKER.
- Made first contact with the Highwaymen from the planet Hershey. His negotiations helped earn the
nickname for the Fourth Fleet.
- 3007.39 Amiga, DYF-0151
A.S.S. SOUTHERN CRESCENT.
- On its final voyage, the crew of the CRESCENT found the lost
settlement of Shangri-La. He was able to convince the majority of these folks to leave home and
join Starfleet, forcing Starfleet Command to build extra ships to accomodate the new recruits.
For this feat, Doichlan was promoted to Admiral, and given command of the Invincible First Fleet.

- Due to the accident aboard the BOOBYPRIZE, Doichlan was able to take
the SAN PABLO on the first complete voyage of an
EDSEL Class Battlewagon.

" maneuver, using the Klingfree Ship KLORPSCL

- 8830.03 REAR ADMIRAL, Commanding the INVINCIBLE FIRST FLEET
- Doichlan detects the transfer of Imperial Remoulade Frogs of Prey to the Klingfree sector, giving
Starfleet warning of the invasion during the Ubangmee Insurrection.
